How many beats per minute should I set my metronome to? (Piano)?

I'm practicing arpeggios at the moment, and luckily my Yamaha has a
built in metronome. However, I don't know what to set the tempo to for
say, when I'd like to practice using quarter notes, eight notes, etc.

Is there any website or could anyone give me some info on the subject?
